  I ordered a burger thinking ‘fast food’ is fast. After other customers were being fed up waiting and throwing their un-collected food receipts at the cash counter, and getting no response, and after personally waiting 15+ mins I had to send my boyfriend to run to the departure gate to delay the plane from departure, almost inconveniencing 300+ passengers. While waiting for my burger, the burger makers were taking their own sweet time, chatting and laughing away to their colleagues not giving a damn about making their customers wait for so long. Despite knowing that many customers are queuing to give orders, only one cash counter was open while the other cashier were just standing around not wanting to operate the other counter. Some sort of care factor would be good from this incompetent establishment!

  Wow. What a shocker. Cold food. Not quite sure if its sourced from hj's normal suppliers , as it just doesnt taste quite right. Cold dry chips . 3/4 sized burgers.
  Mental note not to stop here again.
